For four consecutive Tuesdays, from July 23 to August 13, the streets of Radicondoli will come alive with Eatinerari di Pizza – Pizza, Wine & Art in Radicondoli, the food and wine event conceived and organized by Radicondoli’s La Pergola that combines Tommaso Vatti’s pizza with the area’s excellent wines, on Via Garibaldi dressed up with artistic creations by Ammos Atelier.

Along Garibaldi Street, in the best tradition of street food, it will be possible to enjoy pizza from La Pergola (awarded 3 Spicchi del Gambero Rosso) while strolling or sitting at the wooden tables that will be set up along the street. Every Tuesday, in rotation, the doughs offered will be: classic La Pergola dough with whole wheat flours and sourdough, “Napoli” type dough, and others such as pala romana or padellino with Petra flours. The fillings will be based on local products, Slow Food presidia and excellences from the national scene such as cherry tomatoes and mozzarella from Campania.

To drink, products from four wineries selected by La Pergola sommelier Federico Vatti: Tenuta San Jacopo, Tenuta Montecchiesi, Casa alle Vacche, and Sella e Mosca.

The one offered by Eatinerari di Pizza – Pizza, Wine & Art in Radicondoli., is not only an opportunity to taste pizza and great Tuscan wines, but it is also a way to make the medieval village usable; one can relax in the chill out area curated by Ammos Atelier, while the pizzas themselves will be kneaded and baked on sight inside the village’s old oven, recently recovered and brought back to life by Federico and Tommaso Vatti, hosts of La Pergola. Next to the bakery, La Dispensa (La Pergola’s “store”) will be open for tasting and sale of excellent wines and food products. A recovery, that of the bakery and the adjacent room, which fits into a broader vision of enhancing Via Garibaldi and the entire village, configuring itself as an open space for workshops, laboratories and events that will enliven Radicondoli in the months to come.

Eatinerari di Pizza – Pizza, Wine & Art in Radicondoli will debut on Tuesday, July 23, and continue, starting at 6 p.m. until late in the evening, on July 30, Aug. 6 and Aug. 13.
