An artisan bakery with an attached Bottega

Born out of a desire for customers to touch the products used for yeast products, this space has become an integral part of our offerings over time. Autochthonous gives ways to enrich one's table with quality food where research becomes a key ingredient. The space is dedicated to territorial products and native products from all parts of Italy. It also houses our wine cellar where you can freely purchase the wines offered on the list. Autochthonous is also Forno Artigianale (Artisan Bakery) where "Vatti Bread" is made. A wood-fired bread with live sourdough made with whole grain flours from sustainable, climate-friendly farms managed by Molino Quaglia. Because of its many uses, it is appreciated by those who make bread the main food on their table from breakfast to an after-dinner snack.
