At the 2019 edition of Chianti Gourmet Experience, at Castello di Meleto, bringing up the Terre di Siena was La Pergola of Radicondoli! Fresh from the three segments won in the Gambero Rosso’s Guide to Pizzerias, we decided to bring one of our great workhorses to Meleto: the Dolceforte Pizza with Wild Boar.
